Job summary

Boomering is seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Data Administrator for a 3-month project-based engagement. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining prospect data across CRM platforms, including HubSpot and SugarCRM, with high accuracy and consistency.

You will research and validate contacts using LinkedIn Navigator and other sources, update records, and ensure data quality while working from home on a fixed schedule in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM administration or data cleansing.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review bounced emails and incomplete prospect records.
• Verify contacts are current in organization/role/region.
• Research and update job titles and contacts as needed.
• Identify replacements for departed contacts using defined criteria.
• Maintain data accuracy across CRM systems.
• Use Excel for data tracking and cleanup.
