The Moment Group in the Philippines seeks a Recruitment Administrator to support the talent acquisition team. You will manage the candidate journey from application through onboarding, maintain the ATS, and coordinate interviews.

The Recruitment Administrator is the key organizational support for the talent acquisition (Selection) team. You will manage the candidate journey from application to onboarding, maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and coordinate interviews. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail- oriented, and looking to build a career in HR or recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Integrity and System Management
Data Gathering - 201 File - Collection, monitoring and managing of pre-employment requirements.
Pre employment Requirements - Ensuring all necessary requirements are completed, including reference checks, right-to-work documentation, and medical clearances.
2. Recruitment Coordination
Manage recruitment inboxes, responding to candidate queries professionally. · Prepare interview packs and assessment materials.
Act as a crowd controller during caravan.
3. Candidate Management
Pre-boarding discussion - Effectiveness in keeping new hires excited and connected to the company before their start date.
Service Standards - Upholding the company's reputation by providing high-quality, professional, and responsive service to candidates, reducing the "time-to-hire".
Hiring Manager Support - Assisting managers and or recruiters with the administrative aspects of hiring to ensure a swift, efficient process.
4. Onboarding Support
Coordinate new hire orientation schedules.
Conduct pre-boarding discussion with the new hires.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred).
0–2 years of experience in administration, HR, or customer service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace. ·
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High level of discretion handling confidential data.
Preferred
Experience with an ATS or CRM system.
Experience in Volume/Non-Volume recruitment is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
