You will screen candidates, manage onboarding, keep the pipeline full, and aim to place top applicants within 9 days, while thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborating with clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience as recruitment assistant, coordinator, or admin in recruitment.
• Skilled in pre-screening, reference checks, and interview scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to manage high-volume inbox.

Responsibilities

• Screen and engage candidates; manage candidate lifecycle.
• Maintain full candidate pipeline and place within 9 days as target.
• Coordinate onboarding documents and contracts.
