Job summary

Wingman Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Payroll Administrator to support an Australian labour hire business in recruitment administration, payroll processing, compliance, and Workers Compensation/RTW administration. This 100% remote role requires a meticulous, process-driven individual who enjoys working with lists and systems.

You’ll interact with candidates, field employees and clients, using FastTrack and other tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, payroll administration or labour hire is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks.
• Comfortable with multiple systems and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment administration processes including inboxes and onboarding.
• Handle payroll data entry and respond to payroll queries from staff.
• Assist with Workers Compensation and RTW administration.
