Qualifications

• Agency recruitment or talent acquisition experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of the Australian construction industry.
• Experience recruiting professionals across commercial and/or residential projects.
• Proven candidate sourcing and engagement skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Boolean search, or similar tools.
• Excellent screening and qualification capabilities.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source construction professionals across the Australian market.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, job boards, databases, and Boolean searches.
• Conduct market mapping and targeted talent searches.
• Identify and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong construction talent pipelines.
• Research companies, projects, and relevant professionals.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely candidate communication.
• Deliver qualified shortlists and profiles for active vacancies.
