Wingman Recruitment is hiring a Placement Coordinator for a 100% remote role servicing Australian businesses. You will manage inquiries, confirmations, and onboarding across education and childcare placements, ensuring compliance and timely Day 1 readiness.

This hands‑on position leads to a Promotion toward Placement Officer, with structured onboarding and long‑term career growth. Strong organisational skills and clear communication are essential in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration, recruitment support, placement, or client liaison role.
• Experience managing a shared inbox and responding to enquiries promptly.
• Experience following up documentation and compliance requirements through to completion.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Confident communicating with families, Educators, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the prospects inbox and respond promptly.
• Send confirmations and follow‑up emails to prospects.
• Proactively search Facebook groups and job boards for prospects.
• Reach out to suitable prospects and invite them to apply, keeping the pipeline full.
• Follow up documentation to ensure compliance and onboarding.
• Ensure Day 1 compliance is completed by Educators and families.
• Meet placement deadlines and flag risks early.
• Support client onboarding and retention with clear communications.
