You will work closely with Australian recruitment consultants to understand requirements and build specialist pipelines while managing candidates through the full cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in technical or IT recruitment.
• Strong experience recruiting software development professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit software development and technology professionals across the Australian market.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, Boolean search, job boards and networks.
• Build and maintain technical talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Review CVs and assess candidates against technical requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate ATS and CRM records.
