Job summary

WingmanRecruitment is seeking a proactive Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to work remotely on a full-time basis, supporting Australian business hours. You will coordinate marketing activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva and Mailchimp, generate candidate interest, and strengthen the recruitment brand across digital channels.

You’ll plan content, produce job tiles, newsletters, and lead magnets while ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing roles.
• Strong Canva experience and ability to create branded content.
• Experience with Mailchimp and scheduling LinkedIn/Instagram posts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish daily LinkedIn content in advance.
• Create branded job tiles and carousel posts.
