Job summary

ABARI is seeking a remote, part-time Business Development Representative to introduce our real estate platform to brokerages, agencies, and sales teams across the Philippines. You will identify prospects, build relationships, demonstrate the platform, and help organizations register and onboard.

The role will evolve to support paid product adoption and subscription sales, requiring effective outreach, pipeline management, and market feedback collection, all in a contract-based, remote capacity

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and conducting meetings.
• Able to work independently and manage outreach activities.
• Familiarity with the Philippine real estate industry and its professional landscape.
• Experience with SaaS, PropTech, or digital platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to real estate brokers, agencies, brokerages, and property developers across the Philippines.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and organizations.
• Introduce Abari through outreach, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Guide interested organizations through registration and onboarding.
• Manage prospect follow-ups and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Gather market feedback and share insights with the Abari team.
• Support future subscription sales and business growth initiatives.
