Job summary

Paathz is seeking a commercially driven Sales Representative to expand its Philippines footprint. This full-time remote role focuses on generating opportunities, engaging hospitality decision-makers, and converting interest into active platform adoption.

You will manage a remote-friendly pipeline, conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls, and collaborate with the founding team to scale growth across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or similar client-facing role.
• Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog (written and spoken).
• Outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage hotels, restaurants, resorts, hospitality groups, and other hospitality businesses across the Philippines.
• Conduct outbound sales through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with hotel owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Understand customer hiring challenges and position Paathz’s solutions effectively.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through onboarding and account activation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to execute and refine sales strategies.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.
