Philippines is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The role collaborates with sales and marketing to build a strong pipeline and drive growth, requiring excellent communication and a results-driven mindset.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, organize webinars and events, qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM with accurate prospect data.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize lead generation.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Organize webinars and events to generate opportunities.
• Research potential customers and key decision-makers.
• Present personalized messaging and outreach strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings.
