Responsibilities

• Lease Abstraction & Data Management: Review leases and amendments to extract key terms and maintain data in Yardi.
• Tenant Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up new tenants in Yardi with accurate billing structures and manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Accounts Receivable & Billing Accuracy: Apply daily cash receipts, review rent/CAM/Taxes, process billing adjustments, resolve disputes.
• CAM Reconciliation & Expense Management: Support CAM estimates, validations, and allocations for accurate charges.
• Critical Date Monitoring: Track expirations/renewals/escalations and notify stakeholders.
• Tenant & Internal Coordination: Serve as contact for tenant inquiries and coordinate with accounting, asset management, etc.
• Audit, Compliance & Reporting: Audit tenant ledgers, assist with estoppel certificates, ensure policy compliance.
