Full-charge bookkeeping experience in real estate/property management.
Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger accounting.
Strong understanding of real estate accounting and property-level financial reporting.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong Excel and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for real estate properties.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in Yardi Voyager.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet reports.
Process tenant charges, rent payments, vendor invoices, and property-related expenses.
Reconcile property accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records for multiple properties.
