Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an accounting support specialist in the Philippines. The role involves updating CRB schedules, invoicing clients (owners and tenants), posting payments, and collections communication.

You will reconcile cash receipts and resolve discrepancies, then prepare monthly AR reports and ensure proper payment application per company rules. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and Word, with SAP knowledge a plus, and be highly organized with strong attention

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Excel and Word
SAP experience is an advantage
Ability to maintain manual and computerized accounting records
Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, and policies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Updates accounting records such as Cash Receipts Book (CRB) Schedule.
Prepares and generates bills or invoices for sales or services rendered to owners and tenants.
Posts customer payments into the accounting system.
Collects on accounts by sending reminders and communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, or mail.
Reconciles the cash receipt book to ensure payments are properly posted.
Checks discrepancies by reconciling bills, receipts, and bank deposits.
Addresses billing concerns by reviewing payment history and coordinating with collections.
Prepares monthly accounts receivable reports detailing paid and unpaid accounts.
Follows house rules for payment application and interest computation.
Coordinates with Superior for instructions and submission of required reports.
