Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to gather information from customer Account Managers and ensure invoices are prepared and submitted by due dates. This role supports day-to-day billing and AR functions, requiring strong attention to detail and ERP/accounting system proficiency.

Ideal candidates have excellent Excel skills, can handle repetitive transactional tasks, and communicate clearly with customers and Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in transactional tasks.
• Experience in accounts receivable and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret invoices to determine correct billing category and required documentation.
• Identify missing information, research discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Create accurate invoices and billing materials for customer submission on time.
• Notify Account Managers of billing disputes, discrepancies, or concerns needing follow-up.
• Maintain records and update customer accounts in accounting systems.
