Job summary

Delegate CX in the Philippines is hiring a Home Based Purchase Order Follow Up Coordinator to support a United States client. This full‑time role handles PO issuance, invoicing, pricing verification, and order entry in the accounting system.

You will review orders for artwork, delivery timelines, and margins; communicate with Customer Service Representatives and Account Executives; and document all order activities across systems.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Service, Order Management, Purchasing, or related field; direct post-order tracking and shipment experience preferred.
• Language: Very proficient in written and spoken English.
• Working Schedule: Ability to work within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Industry Software: Experience with order management, CRM, ERP or similar systems.
• Purchase processes: Knowledge of pricing verification, invoices, payment authorization, and supplier coordination.
• Order accuracy: Experience reviewing order details for accuracy and timing.
• Coordination: Ability to coordinate with suppliers, CSRs, and Account Executives.
• Email management: Experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound emails.
• Industry advantage: Experience in promotional products.
• Follow-up: Strong follow-up skills for multiple orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders (POs) and process invoices
• Verify pricing and complete accounting entries
• Communicate order information to CSRs and Account Executives
• Review orders for artwork completeness, delivery timelines, and margins
• Coordinate with managers to determine purchasing needs
• Update orders and allocate quantities for shipments
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
• Document order-related activities in systems
• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound emails
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
