Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Operations Analyst to support end-to-end order operations for a US-based promotional products company. You will coordinate with decorating partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from sourcing through production and delivery.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in related roles and strong English communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in promotional products, customer service, marketing, e-commerce, or related operations roles.
• Strong written and spoken English with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with decorating partners and coordinate action items with stakeholders.
• Monitor production timelines and communicate delays or issues to customers and internal teams.
• Record feedback and ensure follow-up across the order lifecycle.
• Resolve operational roadblocks and manage high-touch orders end-to-end from sourcing to delivery.
• Liaise with customers regarding order status and documentation.
