Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Program Purchaser to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and inventory records for a U.S.-based promotional products company.

You will issue POs, verify pricing, maintain product data, and ensure timely deliveries. The role requires excellent English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work overnight or outside Philippine hours to align with US operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• Minimum two years general operational or administrative office work experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 2016+ (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Determine purchasing needs and requirements for multiple programs with the manager.
• Confirm product quality and establish delivery requirements/timelines.
• Process purchasing functions: issue POs, invoice creation, pricing verification, payment authorization, and data entry.
• Create product SKUs and input-maintain online inventory database.
• Identify and resolve issues related to quality, pricing, delivery, and inventory.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and prepare monthly reports.
• Communicate with suppliers, Account Managers, logistics teams, and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Support Health & Safety activities as required and participate in audits.
