Job summary

Good Life Property Management is seeking a Property Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new properties and act as the primary contact for HOAs. The role handles activation/cancellation of utilities, data entry, and liaison tasks for the Leasing Department.

Remote work is allowed from any location, with a required 8:30–5:00 PST schedule. The ideal candidate has real estate or property management experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property management, or strong admin/customer service background.
• Proficient with G-Suite and property management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good customer service skills.
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.
• Remote work allowed from any location, PST 8:30–5:00 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front line for prospective tenants calls and answer common questions.
• Escalate calls to the appropriate internal resource when needed.
• Manage general email mailboxes.
• Collect HOA governing documents for new and existing properties.
• Establish utilities for new properties and cancel when needed.
• Enter new properties into management systems.
• Perform clerical and data entry tasks for routine management.
• Assist Leasing Manager and field team with ad hoc tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
