Good Life Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role with a required 8:30–5:00 PST schedule, and you may reside anywhere while supporting a large portfolio of rental properties.

You will arrange repairs, identify vendors, schedule work, and verify quality. The role emphasizes vendor onboarding, cost control, and timely service in a dynamic property management environment.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating repairs and maintenance across multiple properties.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (G-Suite).
• Experience with property management software such as Appfolio and LeadSimple preferred.
• High-speed internet (50 Mbps+) and ability to work 8:30–5:00 PST remotely.

Mansioni

• Contact approved vendors and coordinate repairs.
• Onboard new vendors as needed and manage relationships.
• Obtain landlord approvals and escalate issues as required.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans.
• Ensure quality control standards are met across properties.
• Purchase equipment and materials as needed.
• Coordinate delivery of appliances and supplies.
• Approve maintenance invoices and track expenses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance tickets.
