Job summary

A property management support company is looking for a Virtual Property Manager to oversee their portfolio. The role includes managing client relationships, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and handling lease renewals. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and at least one year of experience in a BPO environment. This position offers a remote working environment with a starting salary of $3/hr based on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Set up new properties and inform Property Owners about management.
• Track and manage lease renewals to minimize vacancy.
• Oversee vendors and ensure successful completion of maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, and lease enforcement.
• Assist in creating and posting content on social media.
