Job summary

Good Life Property Management is seeking a Senior Maintenance Coordinator to manage capital improvement projects and emergency restoration at occupied properties. You will serve as the primary contact for homeowners, tenants, and vendors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

This fully remote role requires real estate/property management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in G-Suite and PM software.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or property management and strong administrative/customer service background.
• Proficiency with G-Suite apps and property management software.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer service mindset.
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.
• Remote work ability with availability to work 8-5 PST.
• Salary range provided: $18,720–$19,177.60 annually.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects and emergency restoration work.
• Order new appliances and manage delivery and installation.
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners, managers, vendors, and insurance adjusters.
• Distill estimates and vendor proposals into actionable recommendations.
• Track project timelines and address delays to keep on schedule.
• Manage project budgets and prevent cost overruns.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and facilitate claims processing.
• Review invoices and approve payments.
• Assist in vendor sourcing and price negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and permitting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
