Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, sales support, or lead generation.
• Understanding of project stages and tender processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with large project data.
• Clear written and spoken English for professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and accurate records.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and a CRM or project database.
• Reliable internet and a professional remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Review new project opportunities from BCI, EstimateOne, and others.
• Identify and qualify additional project leads to keep the pipeline full.
• Check project scope, stage, tender dates, and purchasing timeframes.
• Review plans, schedules, and specs to identify relevant products.
• Prepare a bill of quantities showing products and quantities for quotation.
• Identify correct project contacts and stakeholders.
• Contact stakeholders by email or phone to confirm details.
• Create and update records in HubSpot for companies, contacts, and deals.
• Attach plans and tender information to each deal.
• Provide BDM with clear handover covering project, contacts, BOQ, deadlines, and next actions.
• Keep deals current and follow up on missing information.
