Job summary

Atlas CCM in the Philippines is seeking an organized and persistent sales support professional to lead qualification and client outreach from an office-based setting. You will identify target companies, build contact lists, and book meetings for senior consultants or BD managers, ensuring disciplined CRM updates and professional communications.

The role requires 2+ years in related fields, strong English, and proficiency with LinkedIn, emails, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, business development, lead generation, client coordination, recruitment coordination, customer service or outreach.
• Experience in construction, engineering, consultancy, SaaS, B2B services or international business is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, CRM tools and online meeting platforms.
• Lead research and contact management
• Clear professional communication
• Good listening and note-taking

Responsibilities

• Research target companies, projects, sectors and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain contact lists using approved sources such as LinkedIn, company websites and internal records.
• Contact potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls and approved communication channels.
• Introduce Capital Contracts, Atlas CCM and AYATA in a clear and professional way.
• Ask basic discovery questions to understand whether the prospect may need contract, claims, commercial, project controls, training or digital workflow support.
• Book introductory meetings for senior consultants or business development managers.
• Maintain CRM records, call notes, contact status, next actions and follow-up dates.
• Send approved follow-up emails and meeting reminders.
• Prepare short prospect summaries before handover to senior team members.
• Avoid making unapproved pricing, technical, contractual or legal commitments.
