Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Project Coordinator/Sales Coordinator in the Philippines for a remote, dayshift role (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM). You will review construction opportunities, translate plans into BOQs, and keep CRM records up to date while supporting the sales team.

You will work with Business Development Managers, ensuring accurate numbers and documentation for timely quotations and handovers.

Qualifications

• Review project opportunities from BCI/EstimateOne and translate into BOQs.
• Read plans and specs and maintain airtight CRM records.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers to prepare quotes.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming opportunities for fit and prepare BOQs.
• Identify project contacts and schedule tender activities.
• Attach plans and tender data to each deal in HubSpot and hand over to BDMs.
