Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to join the APAC Inside Sales Team in the Philippines. You will qualify incoming leads from multiple channels and ensure opportunities are accurately passed to Sales with enriched CRM data.

The role focuses on coordinating with Marketing and Sales to support lead generation, nurture campaigns, and data integrity across regions, fostering strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong understanding of lead qualification, lead development, inside sales, business development, marketing operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Good understanding of the IT industry, lead lifecycle, sales pipeline, and how Marketing and Sales work together to create business opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects, partners, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review lead trends, campaign insights, and CRM data to support better targeting and decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep CRM information complete, accurate, and useful for Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads from multiple channels including campaigns, partner portals, website enquiries, phone, chat, and email, and record activity accurately in CRM.
• Support the handover of qualified leads to Sales by creating or enriching opportunities, helping with responses, and scheduling meetings where required.
• Track lead performance, manage nurturing and disqualified leads, and contribute ideas to improve the lead qualification process.
• Conduct telemarketing activities for event registrations, campaign follow-ups, incentive campaigns, and other lead development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and complete CRM data to support targeted lead generation, reporting, and future campaign planning.
• Maintain and improve scripts for telemarketing and live chat, acting as a first point of contact for new leads and supporting a positive prospect experience.
