Job summary

SGS in the Philippines seeks a Remote Sales Affiliate Trade Analyst to manage remote client engagement and PCA/PVoC application processing. You ensure documentation is complete and compliant for CoC issuance, acting as the central coordinator between clients, on-site affiliates, TCT, inspection and laboratory teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in international trade, certification, or import/export operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent document review and compliance assessment skills.
• Knowledge of conformity assessment routes (Inspection, Testing, Documentary review).
• Strong written communication and customer-care orientation.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote client engagement and application processing for PCA/PVoC services.
• Coordinate with TCT, inspection teams, and laboratories to ensure CoC issuance.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before endorsement.
• Maintain records in SGS systems and monitor turnaround times.
• Communicate required actions and follow up with clients.
