• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, project coordination, operations support, account coordination, implementation support, service delivery, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficiency with computers and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the implementation lifecycle from initial design through completion.
