Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a remote Project Coordination Specialist to support premier residential builders and high-end renovations from the Philippines.

You will manage Buildertrend workflows, translate schedules between MS Project and Buildertrend, and compile RFIs and submittal packages, ensuring field teams stay aligned with real-time operations. The role requires strong English communication, proficiency with Buildertrend and MS Project, and the ability to coordinate with project

Qualifications

• Experience reading Buildertrend and MS Project schedules.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and invoices alignment.

Responsibilities

• Set up project profiles, manage drawing logs, and maintain organized workflows in Buildertrend so field teams have instant access to accurate project files
• Translate master project schedules between Microsoft Project and Buildertrend, ensuring daily progress and weekly look-ahead schedules reflect real-time field operations
• Proactively compile RFIs, assemble submittal packages, and track material selections so field superintendents and suppliers never experience preventable downtime
• Audit daily logs and verify incoming subcontractor and supplier invoices against completed schedule phases
