Job summary

Astreya in the Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator III to plan and coordinate project activities from initiation to delivery, including logistics, network/server/software implementations, and PC deployment. The role entails moderate complexity work with cross-team collaboration and timely updates.

You will work with SDMs/PMs to understand analytical needs, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous process improvements while balancing office and remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to build internal and external relationships and communicate clearly.
• Experience with Google Workspace tools and ticketing/project management systems.
• Willingness to work office and remote hours with regional colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists and provide status updates.
• Schedule reviews, track actions, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Identify blockers and escalate to management when needed.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor ticketing system and generate regular reports.
• Support with KPI/SLAs insights for decision-makers.
