Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc in the Philippines seeks a diligent Project Manager to drive project delivery from planning to handover. You will prepare artifacts, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources, and coordinate with internal and external teams to meet business objectives.

You will ensure system handover, Hypercare support, and thorough documentation, while keeping stakeholders informed and guiding work streams toward successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Is accountable for preparation, accuracy, submission and approval of project artifacts.
• Ensures system handover to supporting organization and provides Hypercare support.
• Accounts for all actual project expenses.
• Escalates issues and proposes solutions as necessary.
• Manages budget, timelines, risks, quality, resourcing, vendor, etc.
• Ensures all stakeholders are sufficiently informed.
• Identifies and manages scope, budget and timelines.
• Creates and maintains a project schedule, Issue log, Risk Register and all mandatory and recommended project management artifacts.
• Reports project status.
• Manages day-to-day activities; guide work stream leads, identify dependencies, and provide consolidated status.
• Responsible for details of business benefits, objectives and scope
• Responsible for all project work performed by internal and external resources.
• Ensures necessary resources are available.
• Contributes to high-level requirements gathering.
• Ensures business needs are met.
• Accountable for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Defines technical strategy.
• Supports the review of project and ensures all issues raised by various reviewers are addressed.
• Responsible for ensuring functionality meets requirements and they are up-to-date, accurate, and feasible.
