Job summary

Astreya PHP, Philippine Branch, invites applications for a Project Coordinator II to plan and coordinate projects from initiation to delivery, including logistics, network/server/software deployments, and PC deployments. You will work with regional teams to ensure timely progress and issue resolution.

You will gather requirements, track schedules, generate reports, and escalate blockers as needed while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace tools and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; problem solving and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates including actions.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews; follow up on actions.
• Communicate status effectively to the team.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours, and expenditures.
• Identify issues, resolve blockers, and escalate to the manager.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and take notes.
• Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor ticketing system daily; reassign and create tickets as needed.
• Produce regular reports as required.
• Identify trends or recurring problems and escalate to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop knowledge and keep up-to-date with procedures.
• Work with SDMs/PMs on analytical needs; identify metrics, SLAs, KPIs; deliver insights.
• Other duties as required.
