Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project Coordinator II to plan and coordinate project aspects from initiation to delivery, including logistics, deployments, and upgrades, while following established procedures and detailed instructions. The role requires gathering requirements, providing weekly updates, scheduling reviews, and collaborating with regional teams to monitor plans, KPIs, and expenditures.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 0–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Flexibility to work both office and remote hours; willingness to adjust for regional colleagues.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, dependable and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provides weekly project updates including action item updates.
• Schedules and coordinates project reviews and follows up on action items.
• Effectively communicate status to the team.
• Assist with maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules and expenditures.
• Assist with identifying project issues, resolving blockers, and escalating when needed.
• Participates in stakeholder meetings and documents important actions.
• Collaborates with regional teams responsible for project resources and ticket resolution.
• Assists with daily monitoring of the ticketing system and reassigning tickets as required.
• Produces regular reports and identifies trends or recurring problems for management.
• Assists with identifying process improvement opportunities and keeps knowledge up-to-date.
• Works with SDMs/Project Managers to understand analytical needs, KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
