Job summary

DCX Client Services is seeking a Home-Based CSR & Business Development Representative in the Philippines. You will handle end-to-end order management, communicate updates to clients and suppliers, and build trusted relationships with customer accounts.

The role also covers identifying new business contacts, using provided lists, and supporting growth without direct client-facing phone calls. Overnight shifts may be required to align with US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years in promotional, customer service, or order management roles.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage end-to-end process until delivery.
• Notify changes in order status to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through clear communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document order activities in internal systems.
