Job summary

DOXA Talent is seeking a Project Coordinator to support customer onboarding and cross-team collaboration. You will manage onboarding projects, maintain documentation, and keep systems current while coordinating meetings and timelines.

The role requires strong English communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote, international team setting. Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM/tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical studies in relevant fields preferred.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or related experience; SaaS/tech experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain onboarding projects in project management software.
• Update implementation trackers and customer records.
• Prepare customer documentation and onboarding materials.
• Keep CRM and project systems current; track status and risks.
• Schedule meetings, send agendas, and provide follow-up notes.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timelines are met.
