Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Project Coordinator for a remote role with shifting schedules. You will assist project managers, analyze contact center workflows, and gather KPI data to build dashboards.

You will act as a cross-functional liaison across Operations, IT, QA, and Training, and help roll out CRM/workforce tools while conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions. Key tasks include presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership, supporting QA audits, and documenting lessons learned to prevent

Qualifications

• Experience with CSAT, handle times, and volume trends in contact center operations.
• Experience supporting project lifecycles and managing system helpdesk tickets.
• Ability to collect data and translate into progress reports.
• Experience testing new software tools and conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in defining scope, milestones and resources.
• Analyze contact center workflows and identify operational gaps.
• Gather data on call volumes, handle times and CSAT for dashboards.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, IT, QA and Training.
• Support rollout of CRM and workforce tools and conduct TTT sessions.
• Support QA audits and maintain project documentation for compliance.
• Identify risks early and document lessons learned.
• Resolve Level 1 helpdesk tickets and escalate defects to Level 2.
