Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting a U.S.-based real estate team or brokerage.
• Proven experience coordinating real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Hands-on KVCore or similar CRM experience.
• CRM automations, segmentation and lead follow-up workflows.
• Marketing execution, social media coordination, and content scheduling.
• Experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction timelines from contract to close.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, agents, clients, and stakeholders.
• Track key dates, contingencies, documentation, and closing milestones.
• Maintain organized digital transaction files with complete documentation.
• Proactively follow up to avoid delays and gaps in communication.
• Maintain and optimize KVCore and related real estate CRM systems.
• Create, format, and schedule marketing content using Canva and social tools.
• Prepare listings, open houses, promotions, and local market messaging.
• Track engagement metrics and CRM activity for follow-up improvements.
• Support appointment setting, pipeline tracking, and ongoing nurturing.
