Job summary

DOXA Talent is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to manage multiple national accounts across service centers, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will review work requests, dispatch vendors, track jobs to completion, and ensure billing-ready documentation moves through the pipeline on time.

The role requires advanced English (B2+ - C1), a Philippines-based remote work setup, and 2+ years in service coordination or multi-site account administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service coordination, dispatch, work order management, or multi-site national account administration.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating repair quotes against contracted pricing and not-to-exceed limits.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups; data reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of PO and work authorization processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple national accounts simultaneously, prioritizing work against SLAs, response windows, and contracts.
• Review requests for accuracy, scope, site data, PO reference, and required documentation before releasing work.
• Dispatch subcontractors and service centers for timely completion; verify scheduling, insurance, and compliance.
• Monitor open service orders; resolve scheduling conflicts, pricing discrepancies, and delays with vendors and customers.
• Review billing documents to ensure compliance and deliver billing-ready packages to Invoicing on time.
• Maintain CRM and work order data to enable coverage without handoffs; escalate gaps to the National Accounts Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Invoicing to improve efficiency and support quarterly reviews.
