Job summary

Captain Jay's is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to keep projects moving from start to close. You will track deliverables, chase status updates via outbound calls, and maintain trackers and schedules across internal teams and vendors.

The role requires strong English communication, high-volume data entry, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Full-time EST availability is required for a remote, international setting.

Qualifications

2+ years coordinating projects, operations, or administration.
Outbound calling as a regular duty, not just answering phones.
Proven experience juggling multiple concurrent projects, trackers, and deadlines.
Accurate, high-volume data entry.
Clear spoken and written English — this role is phone-forward.
Solid spreadsheet skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
Full-time EST availability, no other job or classes.

Responsibilities

Keep projects moving from start to close and track deliverables and deadlines across internal teams and vendors.
Make daily outbound calls to chase status updates and confirm commitments.
Log updates, maintain project trackers and schedules, and manage reminders and escalations.
Pull together status summaries for the team and assist with data entry as needed.
