Job summary

Captain Jay's is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to keep multiple initiatives moving from start to finish. You will track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across internal teams and external vendors, logging updates and producing concise status reports. The role is fully remote, full-time, with a requirement for reliable EST availability and strong English communication.

You will also support data entry tasks and help maintain project trackers and calendars.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating projects, operations, or administration.
• Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects, trackers, and deadlines.
• Accurate, high-volume data entry.
• Clear spoken and written English; phone-forward role.
• Solid spreadsheet skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Full-time EST availability, no other job or classes.

Responsibilities

• Track deliverables and deadlines across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain project trackers and schedules; run reminders and escalation.
• Log updates and prepare status summaries for the team.
• Assist with data entry when coverage is needed.
