Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented remote operations assistant in the Philippines. You will manage Buildertrend project profiles, schedules, and daily logs to keep field teams aligned with real-time project data.

Responsibilities include translating schedules between MS Project and Buildertrend, compiling RFIs, and tracking materials. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to prevent delays and ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Residential construction knowledge and terminology.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up project profiles and manage drawing logs in Buildertrend.
• Translate master project schedules between MS Project and Buildertrend.
• Compile RFIs, assemble submittal packages, and track material selections.
• Audit daily logs and verify invoices against completed schedule phases.
