Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator (Buildertrend & Operations Specialist) to support premier residential builders from a remote home office in the Philippines.

You will manage Buildertrend project profiles, logs, and workflows, and ensure schedules align with field operations and supplier activities. The role requires proactive communication, strong organization, and the ability to translate between Buildertrend and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of residential construction phases and terminology.
• Strong English written and verbal communication for coordination.
• Ownership of administrative workflows including RFIs and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Master the Digital Job Site in Buildertrend; set up project profiles and organize workflows.
• Translate schedules between Microsoft Project and Buildertrend; reflect real-time field operations.
• Compile RFIs, assemble submittal packages, track material selections to prevent delays.
• Audit daily logs and verify subcontractor invoices against completed schedule phases.
