Job summary

RunRemote is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support delivery teams with Excel-based data management, schedules, procurement, and invoicing checks. The role is 100% remote, based in the Philippines with reporting to the Australian team, and offers a full-time independent contractor arrangement.

You will work closely with two Project Managers, manage project documents, track call-up dates, and help ensure data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of administrative experience in administration, project support or similar role.
• Proficiency with Excel for data manipulation and import preparation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support two Project Managers throughout the project delivery process.
• Maintain electronic project files, records, specifications, drawings and approvals.
• Track call-up dates and help ensure orders align with timelines.
• Prepare delivery dockets, packing paperwork, and related documents.
• Review large data volumes to identify and correct discrepancies.
