Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Pre-Payroll administration, HR operations, internal audit, or payroll support.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation).
• Experience managing HRIS and ticketing systems (e.g., PeopleForce, Jira).
• Strong data analytics, ticket management, and adherence to strict SLA baselines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Economics, HR, IS, Math, or related field.
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
• Extreme attention to detail and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitor logs and system activity to ensure alignment with policies.
• Conduct regular audits and behavioral pattern analysis to detect fraud.
• Audit overtime, night shifts, and offset balances prior to payout approval.
• Prepare, format, and deliver clean, audited reports to accounting.
• Configure and maintain internal system logic including schedules and calendars.
• Monitor compliance with regional labor laws on hours, breaks, and overtime.
• Resolve HR/Payroll tickets and policy queries within SLAs.
