Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, operations, business administration, or related roles.
• Experience managing project trackers, schedules, reports, documentation, or workstreams.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining project information and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
• Track project progress and follow up on upcoming, pending, and overdue tasks.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies affecting project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project trackers, documentation, status reports, and project records.
• Consolidate project updates and prepare reports to support PMO requirements.
• Coordinate with project leads and stakeholders to ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and resolution of issues.
