The candidate should have 3–5+ years in a project, operations, or service delivery environment, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a PMP certification is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a project, operations, or service delivery environment.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead work order execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
