Connext Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Clinical Leadership Team Program Manager to oversee clinical leadership programs for a U.S. client.

You will coordinate timelines, communications, documentation, meetings, events, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong program management experience, healthcare administration background, and excellent English communication. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in program management, project coordination, healthcare administration, executive support, event/program operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple programs, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual program calendars, project plans, and communication tracking workflows.
• Maintain dashboards and status reports to monitor program deliverables and participation metrics.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on program readiness, risks, and outstanding action items.
• Partner with executive leadership to coordinate priorities and facilitate leadership councils.
• Track attendance, maintain meeting agendas, and drive stakeholder follow-ups on deadlines.
• Support clinician programming including educational workshops, grand rounds, and engagement events.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including travel, vendors, budgets, and participant materials.
• Escalate unresolved clinical or operational bottlenecks to appropriate executive leaders.
• Standardize centralized documentation, SOPs, templates, survey data, and reporting systems.
• Identify process improvements to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring program workflows.
