Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Coordination Manager to lead work order execution, optimize processes, and support PMO-aligned projects. You will guide Service Coordinators, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project/operations environments, strong KPI analysis, and a PMP credential is highly regarded. Remote work setup with US/EMEA coordination support is included.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a project, operations, or service delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded.
