Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms. The role focuses on customer acquisition, ROI optimization, and driving growth in international markets such as the US and New Zealand.

As a remote, full-time position with a 8:00AM to 5:00PM SGT schedule, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, optimize campaigns, and push the brand to new heights with ROI-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (food manufacturing, e-commerce, or agency background preferred).
• Proven success with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and campaigns on TikTok & YouTube.
• Familiarity with international markets and direct-to-consumer strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and conversion-focused UX understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads) to drive quality traffic and results.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on TikTok advertising initiatives.
• Drive direct-to-consumer marketing to boost sales and brand engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics; use UX insights to improve website journeys.
