Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of professional video editing experience for performance ads, DTC brands, or agencies.
- Strong portfolio of paid ad work with hook structure and CTA design.
- Expert-level editing software proficiency (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to work independently on light briefs and make creative calls without heavy direction.
- Excellent written communication and daily status updates.
Responsibilities
- Edit UGC-style video ads for TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Brainstorm creative approaches from light briefs to build multiple ad variations.
- Manage editing queue and meet weekly launch deadlines while maintaining high output.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate production timelines and expand ad variation output
- Interpret performance data to inform future edits and drive creative improvements
- Perform pre-submission QA and flag capacity or tech issues in real time.
